While Multi Reno Clinic is primarily a service-based business, we may ship or deliver renovation-related materials, products, or parts (e.g., tiles, flooring, fixtures) as part of your booked service or upon special request.

 


 

2. Delivery Area

We currently provide local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and nearby regions in Ontario. For locations outside this range, please contact us directly to discuss delivery feasibility and options.

 


 

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timelines will be discussed and confirmed at the time of service booking.

  • Most in-stock materials are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on availability and supplier lead times.

  • Custom or special-order items may require longer processing times. You will be informed of expected delivery dates during order confirmation.

 


 

4. Shipping Fees

  • Delivery charges may vary depending on the item size, weight, distance, and urgency.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly communicated prior to confirming your order or service.

 


 

5. Order Tracking & Communication

  • For eligible product deliveries, tracking information or delivery updates will be provided via email or phone.

  • Our team will contact you to confirm delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the items, if required.

 


 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete delivery, please notify us within 24 hours by email or phone:

  • Include your order details and photos of the damage (if applicable).

  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement, refund, or technician review depending on the situation.

 


 

7. In-Home Delivery & Installation

For larger renovation projects, items may be delivered by our team as part of the scheduled renovation service. In such cases:

  • You do not need to be concerned with logistics — we handle the procurement and delivery of materials.

  • All items will be delivered and installed by our technicians based on the agreed project timeline.
