1. Introduction
Welcome to Multi Reno Clinic. By scheduling or using our renovation services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided
Multi Reno Clinic offers a variety of home renovation services, including bathroom remodeling, flooring, painting, tiling, and basement renovations. All services are performed by trained professionals following industry standards and best practices.

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure efficient service delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

• Ensure clear and safe access to the renovation area.

• Be present or arrange for a responsible person to be present during the scheduled service.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. For larger projects, a deposit may be required in advance.

5. Liability & Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer limited warranties on workmanship and materials (warranty period may vary based on the scope of work). Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, third-party materials, or damage caused by misuse or neglect.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
Refunds: Completed services are non-refundable. In the event a project cannot be completed due to safety concerns, site conditions, or other unforeseen issues, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion. If an error was made by our team, we will offer a correction or issue a refund as appropriate.

7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration before initiating legal proceedings.

8. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
